These maple roasted almonds are sweet, crunchy and so addicting. They make a delicious snack in the winter and a great hostess gift.
Toast almonds in a pan on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until it smells like roasted almonds.
Add cinnamon and salt and toss pan to distribute evenly.
Add maple syrup and stir immediately. Keep stirring until the mixture is sticky and no longer runny.
Spread (very hot) almonds onto a baking sheet using a spatula and let cool completely. Then break almonds apart and enjoy right away or keep in a mason jar or something similar.
