This fruit salad is light, refreshing and makes the perfect summer breakfast. Not only is this beautiful salad healthy, but also very easy to make.
Cut apples and nectarines into bite size pieces and add to a large salad bowl.
Peel and cut grapefruit and kiwis and add to the stone fruits. Cut grapes in half and add to the bowl, together with blueberries.
For the dressing add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour dressing over the salad and gently stir to combine.
For best results, refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes before serving. Or enjoy right away.
