Not only are these homemade granola bars healthy, but also quick and easy to make and very versatile. It's the perfect portable in-between snack.
Theses granola bars are on the soft and sweet side.
Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Grate the apple and mix together with some lemon juice. Chop nuts, seeds and dried fruits.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well, kneading with your hands, then firmly press the mixture into the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180° C.
Take out of the oven and let cool a little. Whilst still warm, cut into individual bars.
